Alpha is the debut project in the developer’s planned eco-sustainable, campus-style office precinct, Campus Crescent.

The project will be built on a three-hectare CBD-Robina landholding fronting Investigator Drive, opposite Robina train station and hospital.

Campus Alpha will occupy a 3500sqm site, and the building’s three levels will each have 1500sqm floorplates, providing around 4500sqm of usable floorspace, with lift access to all floors, a single-level basement car park and on-grade parking.
